How does a focus session work?¿Cómo funciona una sesión de enfoque?
Every task has a Focus button. Tap it and a timer starts linked to that task: a focus round, then a short break, and a long break after every four rounds. Each completed round counts as one pomodoro for that task. When you reach your estimate, Topoli asks whether the task is done. You can also start a free focus session without a task.
Cada tarea tiene un botón Enfocar. Tócalo y empieza un temporizador ligado a esa tarea: una ronda de enfoque, luego un descanso corto, y un descanso largo cada cuatro rondas. Does the timer keep running if I close the app?¿El temporizador sigue si cierro la app?
Yes. Topoli calculates the timer from when each phase started, so it stays accurate even if you lock your phone, switch apps or the system closes Topoli. It schedules its own alerts for the end of each pomodoro and break.

I’m not getting notificationsNo me llegan las notificaciones
iPhone:
- Open Settings → Notifications → Topoli and turn on Allow Notifications.
- If you use a Focus mode (Do Not Disturb, Sleep, Work…), add Topoli to its allowed apps.
Android:
- Open Settings → Apps → Topoli → Notifications and allow them.
- In the same screen, allow Alarms & reminders if your phone shows that option.
- Under Battery, set Topoli to Unrestricted so the system doesn’t delay its alerts.
iPhone:
- Abre Ajustes → Notificaciones → Topoli y activa Permitir notificaciones.
- Si usas un modo de concentración (No molestar, Descanso, Trabajo…), agrega Topoli a sus apps permitidas.
Android:
- Abre Ajustes → Aplicaciones → Topoli → Notificaciones y permítelas.
- En la misma pantalla, permite Alarmas y recordatorios si tu teléfono muestra esa opción.
- En Batería, elige Sin restricciones para que el sistema no retrase los avisos.
How do I add the widget or see the timer on my Lock Screen?¿Cómo agrego el widget o veo el temporizador en la pantalla bloqueada?
These are Topoli Pro features. On iPhone, touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget and choose Topoli. While a focus session runs, it also appears as a Live Activity on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. On Android, the running timer shows in the status bar and notification shade on supported versions.
Son funciones de Topoli Pro. En iPhone, mantén presionado un espacio vacío de tu pantalla de inicio, toca Editar → Agregar widget y elige Topoli. Mientras corre una sesión de enfoque, también aparece como Live Activity en tu pantalla bloqueada y en la Dynamic Island. Can I change the timer lengths?¿Puedo cambiar la duración del temporizador?
The free plan uses the classic 25-minute focus, 5-minute short break and 15-minute long break. With Topoli Pro you can switch to the Sprint or Deep work presets, or set your own in Settings.
El plan gratis usa el clásico: 25 minutos de enfoque, 5 de descanso corto y 15 de descanso largo. Con Topoli Pro puedes cambiar a los modos Sprint o Profundo, o definir el tuyo en Ajustes.

Unlimited lists (the free plan includes 3), Sprint, Deep work and custom timers, your 30-day history and focus by list, accent color themes, plus the Home Screen widget and Live Activity on iPhone and the live status-bar timer on Android. Unlimited tasks and focus sessions are always free.

I bought Pro but it isn’t unlockedCompré Pro pero no se desbloquea
Open Topoli → Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy. If the purchase is waiting for approval (for example, Ask to Buy in Family Sharing), Pro unlocks as soon as it’s approved. Still stuck? Email billing@alananaya.dev.

How do I cancel my subscription?¿Cómo cancelo mi suscripción?
Subscriptions are managed by the store, not inside the app. Deleting Topoli doesn’t cancel it.
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Topoli → Cancel Subscription. Or open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Topoli → Cancel. Or open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel during a free trial, you won’t be charged.
Las suscripciones se administran desde la tienda, no dentro de la app. Borrar Topoli no la cancela.

Can I get a refund?¿Puedo pedir un reembolso?
Payments go through Apple or Google, so they review and issue refunds; we can’t do it from our side. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open your order history in Google Play or use Google Play’s refund request. If something went wrong, write to billing@alananaya.dev and we’ll help however we can.

Does Pro carry over between iPhone and Android?¿Pro se transfiere entre iPhone y Android?
Purchases belong to the store account you bought them with. Pro works on every device signed in to the same Apple ID (for iPhone) or the same Google account (for Android), but a purchase made on one platform doesn’t transfer to the other.

No. Topoli has no account or server, so your tasks live only on the phone where you created them. That’s what keeps them private.

Set up the new phone from a backup of the old one: iCloud Backup or Quick Start on iPhone, or Google backup and restore on Android. Topoli’s data comes along with your other apps.

Delete tasks or lists from inside the app, or delete Topoli from your phone to erase everything it stored. We don’t keep a copy. Read more in the privacy policy.
